the differences between

A. 저는 ____ 에 있어요 ( I am at / on / in + a place)

vs

B. 저는 ____ 이 / 가 있어요 ( I have something )

and also

you must not leave out 에 when you talk about a place

but

you can leave out

이 / 가 when you say you 'have' something
